To ensure a smooth transaction, please follow the payment instructions laid

We accept payments through PayPal & bank deposit. Once your payment has
cleared, we will ship your item same/next business day. Remote Pro is not
liable for any unidentified payments or delays of delivery due to failure to
follow instructions during checkout.
For all payments outside of eBay, please note that we process thousands of
identical payments weekly so without the correct method/reference it's
impossible to figure out which payment needs to be allocated to particular
items. Simply send us the reference you used, the day and time you paid, and
the amount deposited.
If you wish to collect your item from our warehouse, please follow the
instructions laid out in each listing.
Due to our warehousing process, once payment has been received and order has
been dispatched, orders are unable to be cancelled. Our 30 Day returns process
may assist in this instance.

Items are generally dispatched same/next business day after payment is cleared
however please allow approximately 2-7 business days for it to arrive. Buyers
will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number if item

If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, it

We must be notified within 60 days of you receiving the item that you intend
to return it. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this

In cases of an incorrectly supplied address/delivery information:
For items classified as a parcel there will be a $7 cost for re-shipment
For items classified as a letter there will be a $2.50 cost for re-shipment
If re-shipment is not required and you would prefer a refund, a 20%

Free Shipping generally takes 2-6 business days. Express Shipping will take
1-3 business days.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is free Australia wide. Express Shipping is $12.
International shipping is a flat rate of $22.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
For orders that are less than 8 items, orders will be sent with Australia Post
and classified as a large letter which will be delivered to your letter box and
does not require signature. Items sent via courier will be sent with Australia
Post or Fastway and will require signature on delivery.

Yes, all existing/original remotes will work.
WHICH REMOTE WILL I RECEIVE?
The remote that you will receive is being pointed to by arrows if it is a
compatible remote or pictured on its own if it is a genuine remote.
WHAT IS A COMPATIBLE REMOTE?
A compatible remote is an aftermarket remote not produced by the same
manufacturer as the original but will be compatible with your motor.
WHY DOES THE REMOTE HAVE MORE THAN ONE BUTTON?
The additional buttons are used to be programmed to other doors as some homes
may have a gate and multiple garage doors.
HOW DO I KNOW I'M PURCHASING THE CORRECT REMOTE?
To ensure compatible, make sure your original remote is pictured in the main
image and your motor make and model is mentioned in the compatibility list in
the description. If you are still unsure, please ask us for assistance.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE MY REMOTES SO I ONLY NEED ONE?
Yes, it is possible. There generally will not be a remote you can purchase
that will be compatible with all motors but you can add a receiver to one of
your motors to match up with the other. Please contact us to find a solution
WHY IS THERE SCRATCHES ON THE FRONT OF MY REMOTE?
Most of our remotes have a blue protective film on the front to prevent
scratching, please peel away this film to reveal a metal finish.
WILL I RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, instructions are provided and a digital version can be found on the
product page via the download link.
WILL THE REMOTE COME WITH A BATTERY?
Yes, all remotes are provided with a battery.
